The Full Estate Package includes a Standard Will, EPA and EPG Documents.
A Will is treated as Standard or as Complex at our discretion, having regard to a variety of factors including the structure of your assets, family circumstances, and the nature of the testamentary trust provisions required. Complex Will pricing will be quoted at the initial meeting.
Deceased Estates

Grants from the Supreme Court incur a court filing fee of $418, which is in addition to our costs.
Method of payment: Direct credit, Eftpos or cash.
If work commences on the preparation of your legal documentation and you withdraw your instructions from us for any reason a charge may be made for work done on a pro rata basis.
We may adjust fees listed above should additional work on the file be required, if this occurs, we will let you know in advance.
