"If you anticipate mental or physical incapacity in the future, it's highly recommended that you have an Enduring Power of Guardianship."

What are Enduring Powers of Guardianship?

An Enduring Power of Guardianship (EPG) is a legal document whereby you (the Appointer) appoint someone (the Guardian) to make decisions on your behalf relating to your health, day to day living, and lifestyle when you have lost the capacity to do so yourself.

If you are over 60, or anticipate either mental or physically in capacity in the future, then we highly recommend that you have an Enduring Power of Guardianship. They are very powerful documents so you must carefully consider who your point as your guardian. An Enduring Power of Guardianship can be prepared at discounted rates if you are also giving us instructions to prepare your Wills.
